Howdy-
I was poking around online and found this link of NEA sources for grants. You might already have it but I thought I’d pass it along anyway. Here are a few other links/ grant leads I stumbled across:
The Laura Bush Foundation (library books- $5K) grant http://www.laurabushfoundation.org/release_05302007.pdf
After shool “Project Learn” grant
Title I, Part A & B money for Head and Even Start programs
Mt. View Electric does grants from $1k up to $10K for schools and churches.
We might already be getting child care funds based on after school programs, but if not the gov’t provides the finding for that (if there’s any $$$ left for them to spend…)
http://technologygrantnews.com/grant-index-by-type/k-12-grants.html is a source for technology grants for schools
This is a list of good fundraiser ideas, not all would be likely to be successful, but the farming one sounds good:

This one covers a LOT of grant opportunities for greening the schools in our district:

This one covers everything from green technology to school nutrition:

I’ve got no idea if we could hook into some of these arts type grants, but they’d be good for the students and the school:

This looked like an awesome lead!

Hope some of these ideas can pan out into $$$ for Hanover School District.
